Job Summary

Alyeska Resort is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on ski and snowboard equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, including equipment recommendations, adjustments, and repairs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rental shop team to ensure efficient equipment distribution and maintenance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Multiple seasons of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of ski and snowboard gear and accessories.
  • Possession of required certifications for various ski, snowboarding, and bike brands.
  • Prior experience in handling cash is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service aptitude.
  • Ability to assist guests of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
