We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Manager to join our team at Enchantment Resort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our laundry production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective laundry procedures to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality linens.
  • Supervise and train laundry staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including linen supplies and cleaning chemicals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Rooms to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and Enchantment Resort standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three to five years of experience in a high-volume laundry operation, preferably in a hospitality or institutional setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. You will be required to work in all types of weather conditions and may be exposed to extreme temperatures.
