In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and scheduling product training for Treasury Management clients. You'll also coordinate and communicate with senior leadership, Treasury Management Product Managers, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain product knowledge to ensure Treasury Management clients are fully trained on all requested services.

A Day in the life:
  • Facilitate and lead training classes using a variety of delivery methods. Training includes all Treasury Management products and services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Treasury Management and foundational facilitator competencies.
  • Develop training materials and client communications regarding updates to banking industry rules and regulations by product.
  • Must be familiar with all Organizational policies and procedures that are job related and/or consistent with business necessity.
  • Report on progress and training metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Originate surveys to gather client feedback and to gather information on Treasury Management product performance.
  • Assist in the testing and support of product upgrades as needed.
  • Develop and maintain written product procedures, product guides, and client user guides.
  • Develop and provide training on new/enhanced product rollouts.
Client Management and Support
  • Participate in complex client implementations to ensure exceptional client experience.
Product Sales and Promotion
  • Partner with Marketing teams and Product Managers to develop an effective marketing and sales strategy for assigned products based on client feedback.
  • Provide input for the development of:
    • CRM campaigns
    • Branch/ Officer/Service training
    • Sales tools/ Collateral material
    • Risk Assessments
    • Product policies and procedures
    • Audit requirements
  • Monitor client and partner feedback.
  • Complete all other projects as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or AAP or CTP designation a plus.
  • Prior banking or Treasury Management experience required.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in Treasury Management Training, Service, Sales, Operations, Project and/or Product Management
  • Understanding of business Payment and Receivable processes
