Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Retail Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

  • Engagement: Warmly greet all customers and engage them in conversation about our Grab & Go meal offerings.
  • Transaction Handling: Accurately count cash and provide change, with a basic understanding of POS systems being advantageous.
  • Stock Management: Ensure meals, beverages, and supplies are well-stocked and organized.
  • Communication: Maintain a high level of energy and personality when interacting with customers, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize basic computer skills to assist customers in navigating our website.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure accurate reporting of sales and numbers.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health codes and organizational procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Work Environment: Keep your workspace, including supply areas and customer-facing areas, clean and organized.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess a flexible schedule, being available for 3-5 shifts weekly, including weekends, during operational hours. Knowledge of dietary preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and grain-free is beneficial but not mandatory.
