We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help patients with mobility and ambulation, including transferring them from bed to wheelchair or walker.

Requirements:
