About the Role:
- Manage and monitor internal reporting processes and continuously validate data quality to ensure accurate and reliable sales performance metrics.
- Act as a point of contact and sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders regarding monthly sales and SFE reports, providing expert analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide support to the field sales team and regional management in using the current reporting system and existing standard reports (MS Power BI), as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Prepare data and conduct analyses as a basis for management decisions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.
- Assist with bonus calculations and ensure accurate and timely payment of incentives.
- Project work in the area of SFE/Commercial Excellence, driving business growth and revenue expansion through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
About You:
- Completed studies with a background in business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, marketing, or operations.
- Team player with strong analytical skills, convincing communication abilities, and excellent knowledge of the entire MS Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
