About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys using the latest technology to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment. As a Telecommunications Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Spectrum Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Spectrum Field Technicians in completing provisioning, device configuration, troubleshooting, and signal measurements to solve problems
  • Solve technical issues in real-time using the latest tech tools and programs
  • Work in a 24/7 call center environment with a variety of integrated functions
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in telecommunications, call center, or workload management is preferred.

Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
