**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Technologist to join our team at PIH Health. As a Radiation Oncology Technologist, you will play a critical role in administering radiation treatments and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer radiation treatments to patients, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Document patient treatment plans and progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Perform quality assurance procedures to ensure the safe and effective operation of radiation equipment.
  • Monitor patients for potential reactions to radiation therapy, providing prompt and effective care as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiotherapy program.
  • Valid R.T. and CRT certificates.
  • Valid BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • One (1) year experience in radiation therapy, preferably with experience in operating different types of treatment machines, including megavoltage accelerators.
