Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Property Manager team, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial real estate and property management company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone lines and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor management, including scheduling and communication.
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Help prepare budgets and financial reports, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Solve tenant issues and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong professional customer service background and excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and exceptional typing skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
