About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join our Corporate Development team as a Manager of Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the company's strategy and advancing projects and/or portfolios of digital infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development Lifecycle Management: Manage and advance the project development lifecycle from site identification to financial close for multiple projects.
  • Project Scheduling and Risk Management: Control project schedules, identifying and effectively navigating risks, and maintaining budgets.
  • Contract Negotiation and Review: Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review material project documents.
  • Permitting and Site Diligence: Conduct high-level permitting and site diligence, manage interconnection/transmission process.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities, form relationships with key utilities and other potential counterparties, and work with the Corporate Development team to assess the viability of project opportunities.
About You
  • Development Cycle Expertise: Strong understanding of the development cycle of data centers, battery storage, solar, and/or wind projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and analysis.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in data center or energy infrastructure development.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Previous client-facing experience.
