Job Summary

The Behavioral Specialist will participate in Social Emotional Learning programs on campus, support teachers in developing Behavior Plans for Student Study Teams (SST), and provide behavior support services across the organization. They will lead student citizenship and social emotional clubs, assist in training the behavior team, and provide excellent customer service to scholars, parents/guardians, and school personnel.

Requirements
  • B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science, Sociology, Social Services, or Psychology
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Behavioral Specialist, Behavior Technician, or Behavior Specialist
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Experience working in a public school setting
  • Experience in youth-related activities (coaching, camp counseling, community youth groups)
