Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Pella Windows and Doors Mountain West. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality windows and doors to residential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
