We are seeking a talented ABM Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth team and help us unlock new business potential for our enterprise and mid-market segments.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to identify target accounts, craft compelling value propositions, and deliver tailored marketing strategies that meet the unique needs of our customers. Your expertise in account-based marketing, coupled with your analytical skills, will enable you to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive real results.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns that engage high-value prospects and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, pipeline influence, ROI) to refine strategies and demonstrate marketing impact.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and foster alignment on account priorities.
- Leverage account research and intent data to understand prospect challenges and position solutions effectively.
- Identify opportunities for targeted growth through personalized outreach, content creation, and demand generation strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
