Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in the development of electromechanical products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements, project schedules, and cost objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate CAD data, including 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
- Ensure product compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Drive value analysis, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in electromechanical product development.
- Strong knowledge of electronic technologies, including controllers, sensors, energy supplies, HMI, and communication protocols.
- Experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in solid modeling CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and knowledge of FEA.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
