Your Role as an Operations Manager
This full-time position typically operates during standard business hours, with occasional weekend and on-call night responsibilities.
As an Operations Manager, you play a vital role in our company's success. You will oversee the client care coordinators and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Utilizing your customer service expertise, you will ensure that client needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed. You will collaborate with your team to guarantee that all necessary information is collected and shared with relevant departments, and that documentation is current. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service and collections
- At least 2 years of account management experience
- 2+ years in a management capacity
