Position Overview

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a dedicated full-time People Operations Leader to oversee various human resources functions that support our mental health initiatives.

This role is essential in managing a team of over 100 professionals who provide critical assistance to individuals facing mental health challenges.

As the People Operations Leader, your responsibilities will encompass:

Acting as the onsite human resources expert for organizational leadership Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment Advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Effectively addressing personnel and performance-related challenges Assisting with employee time management, status changes, benefits inquiries, and self-service options Identifying strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention while reducing turnover Engaging in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes Coordinating onboarding and training for new hires Supporting employee career development and succession planning Managing offboarding processes and conducting exit interviews Participating in investigations and compliance activities Collaborating with corporate HR, recruitment, legal, and payroll teams

This role requires onsite presence during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and collaborate with various Executive Directors and their teams.

As a full-time member of Liberty Healthcare, you can anticipate:

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

A minimum of five years of experience in human resources, encompassing the responsibilities outlined above Familiarity with California employment regulations A Bachelor's degree Proficiency in HR information systems, preferably UKG A commitment to working onsite five days a week

Preferred certifications include SHRM or HRCI.
