About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our Client Delivery team at MyVest Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex technical issues, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 support for our cloud-based enterprise wealth management platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support and internal teams to escalate tickets, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Engage with customers through email and phone to qualify their needs and provide personalized support.
- Monitor system performance and utilization, generating regular reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
- Support Engineering and QA teams in testing applications before they go into production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all issues via Jira and Slack, facilitating efficient issue tracking and resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to prioritize high-volume requests and achieve customer-satisfying resolutions quickly.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow complex processes consistently.
- Eager to make suggestions and bring new ideas to the table, driving process improvements and innovation.
- Highly personable with an ability to communicate complicated technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong awareness of confidentiality needs and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Tier 3 support engineer for enterprise-scale organizations, including partnering with offshore resources.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based systems, Linux, Python, SQL, and Jira.
- Strong working knowledge of automation scripts, DevOps technologies (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes), and B2B SaaS tools in a financial setting.
- Understanding of highly regulated products and the needs of financial institutions.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary range: $163,000 - $181,000, depending on experience and skill set.
- Annual bonus, long-term incentives, and program-specific stipends.
