Job Summary

As a key member of our shuttle operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at our facility, ensuring the smooth operation of our shuttle buses, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at the facility, including cleaning and performing routine maintenance tasks on shuttle buses.
  • Perform snow removal and other light-duty tasks as needed.
  • Paint and maintain the facility's exterior and interior surfaces as directed by the facility manager.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and shuttle buses to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Assist customers with their needs and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the facility manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and shuttle operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and a current address required.
  • DOT Medical Card required.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
