Job Title: Patient Experience Liaison

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Liaison for the Greeters & Screeners Department at Chilton Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and greeting patients and visitors upon arrival, offering direction and assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient experience by addressing and greeting patients and visitors, offering direction and assistance as required.
  • Utilize skills and experience to enhance patient care experience for family members of patients.
  • Collaborate with team members, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Analyze and resolve complaints and concerns, communicating issues to appropriate staff.
  • Work with individuals or departments to minimize service delays and communicate delays to patients and families.
  • Identify and implement systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service/mission quality.
  • Provide data on patient care issues, maintain reports, analyze trends, and forward information to appropriate departments for action.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or relevant area preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
