Position Overview:

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks within the medical office. This role includes supporting the Office Administrator and assisting with various projects as needed. All duties should be executed in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in patients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Review patient charts and registration details to ensure accuracy of personal and insurance information.

Qualifications:
