About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Nissan of Cape Coral. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warranty claims processing and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with technicians, service writers, and supervisors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain replacement parts and resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Review and reconcile warranty receivables, working closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on factory recalls, announcements, and procedures to ensure compliance and optimal warranty claims processing.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers' designated warranty representatives and aftermarket warranty companies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in warranty claims administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • General accounting knowledge and understanding of warranty claims processing procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
