  • Create and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans to ensure quality standards.
  • Implement LEAN and Six Sigma principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Materials Science Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience, or an Associate's degree with over 8 years of applicable experience.
  • Proven ability to meet the demands of high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage various tasks and project requirements effectively.
