The **Executive Retail Manager** is a key member of the Revolution Enterprises team, responsible for ensuring the success of our retail operations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee all retail operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the team and external stakeholders in the absence of the General Manager
• Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team to meet sales goals and company objectives
• Liaise with the General Manager and headquarters team to implement policies and fulfill retail needs
• Evaluate and communicate staffing needs, including attracting, recruiting, hiring, and maintaining top-quality candidates
• Manage and direct the activities of the sales team, delegating tasks effectively and providing coaching and feedback
• Oversee employee development and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
• Monitor employee conduct and pursue corrective action as necessary
• Manage financial records and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure the retail store remains compliant with all regulations and lead the team through inspections without violation
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality product offering
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including payroll and budget management
• Implement best practices and company policies to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the retail store remains competitive and innovative
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
**Requirements**
• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a thorough background check, including a criminal history check
