Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to clients and team members on matters related to risk assessment and mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, carriers, and staff.
- Assist in the design and implementation of risk management strategies and programs for clients.
- Conduct risk assessments, including safety and loss control reviews, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop client-specific risk control key performance indicators and measure results.
- Collaborate with clients and insurers to establish mutual beneficial objectives and provide alternative risk control solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients on risk management best practices.
- Establish preferred relationships with third-party vendors for services such as loss control, forensic accounting, and crisis management.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in commercial lines account management or claims industry.
- Understanding of underwriting and insurance coverages.
- Current Property & Casualty license preferred.
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software.
