About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Marketing Manager to drive our global events strategy and manage partnerships across the US and European markets. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify Conduktor's brand, generate leads, and ensure our customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Demand Generation Marketing Manager to create co-marketing campaigns that boost Conduktor's visibility and drive growth in key markets.
    • Provide system integrators and resellers with the tools they need to succeed, including co-branded materials and event support.
    • Take charge of Conduktor's presence at global events, conferences, and webinars, targeting key decision-makers like CTOs, CIOs, and engineers.
    • Create event plans that align with our marketing and business goals, focusing on raising brand awareness and generating leads.
    • Help C-level executives prepare for events, from speech writing to key messaging, and ensure smooth follow-ups to seize opportunities.
    • Lead initiatives to empower our customers, organizing workshops and expert talks that enhance their experience with Conduktor while collaborating with the Customer Success team for long-term engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, events marketing, field marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • A deep understanding of B2B marketing, event management, and partnership development.
    • Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive measurable results.
    • Experience delivering marketing campaigns that put the customer first and understand how to hit revenue goals at the same time.
    • A scrappy attitude and enthusiasm for getting stuck in, as we're still building out our growth engine.
