Insight Carolinas PLLC, a mental health practice based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a part-time Billing and Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be primarily remote with occasional in-office days. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach to provide quality mental health services to individuals and families across the Carolinas.

We are a growing team of licensed psychologists, therapists, and administrative staff dedicated to improving equity and accessibility of mental health care. Our mission is to bridge the service gap in the Carolinas by providing timely and quality assessment services, as well as therapy services for those using private insurance or Medicaid benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance and billing, preferably in the mental health field. They will work closely with our Billing Lead to complete timely verification of benefits, follow up on claims, and assist with the initial referral process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for sending monthly statements and following up on collections.
