We seek a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who excels at leading tasks and managing project deadlines. As a Business Analyst at Augeo Affinity Marketing, you'll bridge productivity gaps between our development teams and the organization's strategic business objectives. This position demands a strong foundation in business analysis and ongoing skill development in advanced analysis techniques driving better outcomes for our products and features.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Contributing to system product design, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
  2. Developing strong relationships with internal partners and clients, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users.
  3. Creating and reviewing test cases, supporting quality assurance activities.
  4. Leading team reviews of documented requirements and business processes, focusing on solutions refining requirements for optimal results.
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry trends.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field with 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or 5+ years as an Associate's degree holder.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills; samples may be requested.
  • Expertise in business requirement elicitation, project management methodologies, process modeling, and requirements verification.
  • Strong Microsoft Office application skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in requirement elicitation interviews, process documentation, and testing support.
  • A forward-thinking approach to enhancing product usability and value for end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project-driven deadlines, both remotely and in-person.
  • Proven experience prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, internally and externally.
