Augeo Affinity Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and effectiveness of our SaaS workplace engagement platform.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing business and technical requirements, partnering with quality analysts to enforce overall system health, and collaborating with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities.

You will become a subject matter expert, capable of supporting and training business partners, documenting best practices, and creating helpful instructions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the platform on sales and client calls, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can learn quickly, think critically, and prioritize initiatives based on internal and client business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Augeo's workplace engagement platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify solutions using current functionality and contribute to designing new features.
  • Document best practices, instructions, and create training materials to support business partners.
  • Participate in change management by contributing to test plans and regression tests.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
  • Foster an innovative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements

  • Diverse technical skills with the capacity to learn SQL and platforms like Jira.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and various roles within projects.
