Job Summary

Ascend Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child maltreatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trauma-informed services to support clients, including intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, and court education.
  • Provide parent support and education to callers, focusing on the needs of the entire family.
  • Ensure coordinated client care with key community partners.
  • Manage client and stakeholder complaints and grievances.
  • Assist with cross-program coordination and collaboration with staff to ensure all client and program needs are met.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience.
  • Experience working with victims or in human services preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly lift, twist, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Ability for close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus to perform an activity to determine accuracy and thoroughness of work assignment.
  • Ability to reach, stand, crouch, walk, and finger, grasp, sit, twist, talk, hear, and perform repeated motions.
