Damage Prevention Senior Field Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Damage Prevention Senior Field Program Manager to join our team. This is a traveling senior-level field position that includes mentoring new employees, training new and existing employees in the field. The scope of work includes utility line locating, utility stand by, site visits, field audits, hand excavation, tracer wire repair, etc.
Job SummaryThis role requires a strong leader who can provide leadership, safety, and proven success in the Damage Prevention Industry. The position includes Company truck, GSA Per Diem Rates when traveling, and other required equipment necessary to perform work.
Key Responsibilities- Safely Operate Equipment: Safely operate company-assigned equipment such as commercial motor vehicles, instruments, and other related tools and technical equipment as directed by supervisor.
- Professional Interaction: Exhibit professional interaction with client representatives, land owners, and/or the public.
- Follow Directions: Follow directions from supervisor as well as other members of staff and management team in order to efficiently complete tasks.
- Plan and Organize: Read and prepare plans, at a high level, relating to the job at hand. Locate all types of utilities in rural and urban environments using multiple methods. Monitor excavations near high-profile/critical infrastructure.
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years or more of utility locating experience (will accept less years of experience based on prior roles). Proven experience working as a lead on Damage Prevention Programs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED certification preferred.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of identifying and using various types of field equipment required. Demonstrates strong and collaborative work ethic. Strong and effective communication within multiple levels of an organization is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The position includes Company truck, GSA Per Diem Rates when traveling, and other required equipment necessary to perform work. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) program with 100% employer match up to 5%.
