Audiology Technician/Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with our licensed audiologists to facilitate audiological tests and tele-audiology functions.
  • Champion infection control protocols and prioritize the health and safety of patients and staff.
  • Lead the charge in maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and our clinic's Covid Policy.
  • Prepare insightful reports and participate actively in team meetings and daily huddles.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical clinic or business setting.
  • Medical Assistant certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with EMR software, such as Counsel Ear.
  • Willingness to enroll in an AuD Tech distance program to further your expertise.
