Main Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing callers to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including document preparation, record-keeping, and general office maintenance.
  • Visitor Services: Ensure that patients, visitors, and vendors are greeted warmly and receive the necessary support and assistance.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, coordinating with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.

Schedule: This part-time position involves approximately 20 hours per week, encompassing two full shifts and one late afternoon shift, without weekend work.

Requirements: We require a candidate with a solid educational foundation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative setting. Your strengths should include excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Salary Range: $25-$30 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience.
