Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter & Office Experience Coordinator to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for incoming candidates, assisting with office administration, and providing support to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a high level of organizational ability, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming candidates, responding to inquiries, and guiding them through the selection process
  • Assist with office administration tasks, including coordinating advertising and marketing strategies, tracking individual recruiting activity, and preparing weekly recruiting data and reports
  • Support the Managing Director in building a positive work environment, maintaining accurate records, and implementing improvements to the selection process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and administrative roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • High level of organizational ability, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using software to maintain candidate databases and track recruiting activity
