Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulates strategies to drive traffic to the communities. Executes the Marketing Plan and sets team objectives. Prepares monthly Marketing Plans for review prior to month-end.
  • Assists in the recruitment, training, and motivation of the leasing team. Organizes and conducts regular training sessions on leasing techniques during weekly meetings.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to Leasing Consultants, ensuring effective employee relations, adherence to employment regulations, continuous training, and staff motivation. Conducts regular coaching, counseling, and performance assessments for all team members.
  • Ensures that model and target apartments are prepared for viewings.
  • Reviews guest inquiries to guarantee appropriate follow-up. Monitors promotions and incentives to maintain consistency.
  • Regularly evaluates competitive properties to stay informed about their pricing, policies, lease terms, and property conditions.
  • Tracks team members' performance through shopping report evaluations and updates the market analysis as necessary.
  • Leases apartments to qualified candidates by showcasing available units. Engages with prospective residents and promotes the community through various channels.
  • Develops and sustains a resident retention program in collaboration with Community Managers.
Qualifications: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is advantageous; relevant experience in the apartment industry is essential.
