Se colabora en la administración de la Encuesta Anual de Compromiso de los Empleados y en la planificación de acciones de seguimiento. Además, se coordina la nominación de empleados para el programa de reconocimiento mensual 'Enriqueciendo Vidas', incluyendo la organización de recompensas y presentaciones mensuales dentro de los departamentos. Se realiza un seguimiento y mantenimiento de las asignaciones de casilleros de empleados, uniformes emitidos por el departamento, etiquetas de identificación y etiquetas de estacionamiento de vehículos. Se requiere la entrada diaria de datos en el sistema de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) para nuevos ingresos, terminaciones, cambios de estado o de salario y otros datos necesarios para todas las marcas de la empresa. Se da la bienvenida a todos los miembros del equipo y se atiende el teléfono de la división de Recursos Humanos Corporativos.
Funciones Esenciales:
- Recibir a todos los miembros del equipo en la oficina de Recursos Humanos de manera cordial; atender el teléfono y ayudar a los miembros del equipo con preguntas básicas de Recursos Humanos.
- Colaborar con el Vicepresidente Corporativo de Recursos Humanos y el Director Corporativo de Recursos Humanos para planificar todos los eventos y actividades de reconocimiento de los miembros del equipo; responsable de coordinar, ejecutar y comunicar todos los eventos y actividades de reconocimiento.
- Asistir en la administración de la Encuesta Anual de Compromiso de los Empleados y ayudar con las acciones de seguimiento según lo indicado por el Vicepresidente Corporativo de Recursos Humanos y el Director Corporativo de Recursos Humanos.
- Coordinar y administrar el programa de reconocimiento mensual 'Enriqueciendo Vidas'.
- Realizar un seguimiento de la propiedad de la empresa asignada a los miembros del equipo, incluyendo uniformes, etiquetas de identificación, etiquetas de estacionamiento y equipos electrónicos emitidos por la empresa, así como gestionar las asignaciones de casilleros.
- Encargarse de la entrada diaria de datos en el sistema HRIS para nuevos ingresos, terminaciones y cambios de estado o salario.
- Manejar información confidencial y sensible.
- Asistir al Director Corporativo de Recursos Humanos con la administración de beneficios y la documentación según se indique.
- Colaborar con el Director Corporativo de Recursos Humanos en tareas de administración de compensación laboral según se indique.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el Vicepresidente Corporativo de Recursos Humanos, el Director Corporativo de Recursos Humanos y el Gerente de Reclutamiento y Capacitación.
- Proporcionar estándares de servicio 'Estoy Orgulloso' y puntos de contacto específicos del departamento.
- Establecer canales de comunicación interdepartamentales entre los miembros del equipo que sean consistentes y completos.
- Defender la marca, cultura, visión, misión y valores de la empresa.
- Empoderarse para resolver problemas cuando surjan.
- Despedir a los huéspedes/miembros de manera cordial.

- Educación Formal y Experiencia Relacionada con el Trabajo:
- Se requiere Diploma de Escuela Secundaria.
- Mínimo 1-2 años de experiencia en un entorno de oficina o posición administrativa.
- Experiencia previa en Recursos Humanos es un plus.
