At DCL, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at the Bushy Park facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the quality of all products manufactured.
  • Act as the chief liaison for customer interface support, sales, technology, and applications labs.
  • Responsible for all quality control, quality assurance, and process improvement functions.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conforming products.
  • Identify and implement solutions to resolve problems of non-conformity.
  • Control further processing/delivery of non-conforming product until the deficiency has been corrected or waived.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by establishing safe working practices and ensuring lab testing equipment is maintained in safe, operating condition.
  • Provide technical support on all projects impacting the site by teaming with other departments and participating in an active review process.
  • Drive manufacturing performance in areas of quality and financial goals.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work with Technology and Regulatory staff to ensure all applicable regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 or more years of experience in chemical processing in a technical capacity.
  • 5+ years of experience managing people as a department supervisor/manager.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Efficient in using common computer tools, such as Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time exempt position with standard office hours of 6:30am-3:30pm. Some travel may be required.
