  • Accurately calculate the anticipated cost of treatments and present financial obligations to patients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure timely collection of balances from patients by developing and implementing effective financial solutions.
  • Liaise with dental insurance providers to verify eligibility, benefits, and claim payments, ensuring seamless communication with patients.
  • Efficiently schedule patients for treatments, ensuring profitability while accommodating last-minute cancellations.
  • Address patient inquiries about treatments, finances, and other concerns, both in-person and via phone/email, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records and present periodic reports on treatment progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support other tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of our dental office.
Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of dental insurance plans and their intricacies.
  • Experience in handling phone communications and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Superior communication and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus, but not required.
