Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial construction projects valued between $25M and $65M. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily field operations, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
  • Project experience in one of our core markets: Life Science, higher Ed, healthcare, commercial
  • Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
  • Monthly vehicle allowance or company truck
  • PTO, sick time & company paid holidays
