Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Michael Page International. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with various parties, including architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, to gather necessary information
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, competitive bids and proposals
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and cost factors
- Project cost control and budget management
- Uphold company image and professionalism
- Commercial, Lifescience, or Academic project experience (required)
- Ideal public/municipal work, but open to other backgrounds (except residential)
- 10+ years of Estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
- Computer skills and familiarity with construction software (including Newforma, OS Takeoff, Procore)
- Competitive base salary up to $190K (flexible depending on experience)
