Senior Safety Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular site visits to review safety compliance and maintain an active log of findings
* Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to evaluate performance and identify corrective action
* Collaborate with the estimating and project team to determine safety planning needs for projects
* Develop, execute, and maintain health and safety plans, corporate safety manuals, and crisis management plans
* Coordinate subcontractor pre-construction safety planning meetings and review certifications and site-specific safety programs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or related discipline
* 5 years of related work experience in construction safety with expertise in construction and safety technologies and practices
* OSHA 30 + First Aid/CPR certified
* Excellent understanding of occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations
