Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant to the CEO to support the company's growth, innovation, and operational excellence. As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional projects, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls with global teams, partners, and customers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and meetings, often spanning 12+ hours across various time zones.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes for operations, sales, customer service, team building, and technical analysis to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements, including content creation, reports, and visual aids.
  • Liaise with global teams, partners, and customers to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive projects forward.
  • Monitor and respond to urgent emails, messages, and alerts outside of regular business hours (as needed).
  • Assist with special projects, such as market research, data analysis, content creation, and special missions for U.S. Government departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Global Expansion and Velocity Program Support:
  • Assist the CEO in driving the velocity program, focusing on hiring, product development, and global expansion.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure the timely and efficient deployment of new locations, including data centers, mobile edge compute, and wireless facilities.
  • Help develop and implement new processes for deploying points of presence globally, including identifying and evaluating potential locations, partners, and vendors.
  • Support the CEO in managing relationships with global partners such as Microsoft, Dell, and Nvidia to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Azure (Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Visual Studio Code, GitHub).
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams, iMessage, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and terminology.
  • Outstanding communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends (as needed).
  • Experience working with global teams, partners, and customers is a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the cloud, technology, or telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with edge compute, bare metal, and network fabric technologies.
  • Experience in automating tasks, creating processes, and leveraging AI prompts intelligently for text language and working with data & models.
  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)).
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
