AWS Cloud Operations Specialist

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical knowledge to our customers and partners to help them solve their most complex business challenges. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue and growth for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the voice of the customer and bring customer feedback to our product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
Provide technical guidance and support to our customers and partners to help them design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet their business needs.
Collaborate with our business development teams to define the technical components of our go-to-market strategies and solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and partners to ensure their success with our cloud services.
About the Team
Our Worldwide Specialist Team is responsible for driving revenue and growth for our customers through our cloud services. We work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue and growth for our customers. We are a team of experienced cloud professionals who are passionate about helping our customers succeed with our cloud services.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in cloud computing, software development, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
2+ years of experience in cloud operations, cloud governance, or managed services.
Strong technical skills and experience with cloud-based technologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
