As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with convenience retailers, promoting and selling fuel systems and petroleum equipment from leading global manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high level of expertise regarding product lines and industry regulations
  • Display and demonstrate products and services to increase customer awareness
  • Work in a team-oriented environment, communicating positively and professionally with fellow employees, customers, and vendors
  • Provide superior customer service, investigate and resolve customer concerns
  • Manage assigned territory, develop and maintain relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Consultative selling skills with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with point of sale, payment systems, and/or capital equipment sales preferred
  • 3-6+ years sales experience in a consultative, full-cycle environment
  • Sales strategy and presentation skills
  • Basic mechanical and IT aptitude required
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little direction on a daily basis
  • Ability to manage projects effectively, strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position require driving, sitting, typing, talking on the phone, using a smart mobile device, and walking/moving around a job site.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time Exempt position (salary plus commission) with primarily local travel and some overnight travel required (20%).
