Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Procurement process
- Identify and acquire goods and services, negotiate with vendors, and nurture supplier partnerships
- Ensure optimal value for purchases through effective analytics and negotiation techniques
- Handle multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Play a pivotal role in refining Procurement processes and ensuring a seamless supply chain
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with workflow tools such as ServiceNow or Atlassian (Confluence, Jira)
Clearance Requirements:
- This position necessitates an active Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time
- Effective communication skills to interact with peers and senior personnel
- Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity equipment
- Regular communication with colleagues, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations
- Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment
The anticipated compensation range for this role is $80,900-$134,800. Various factors may influence the final salary, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications. Additionally, ManTech is committed to investing in its employees beyond just salary.
