Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for providing scientific expertise and support to healthcare professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders in the rheumatology community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the rheumatology community.
  • Provide scientific expertise and support to healthcare professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders on J&J Innovative Medicine products and pipeline assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and clinical developments in rheumatology and provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scientific strategies and plans to support business objectives.
  • Represent J&J Innovative Medicine at scientific conferences, meetings, and other events to gather and share scientific information.
Requirements
  • PharmD, PhD, MD, or other advanced medical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical science liaison or similar role, preferably in the rheumatology therapeutic area.
  • Strong scientific knowledge and expertise in rheumatology, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70% of the time, including overnight travel and weekend commitments.
