Catering Liaison

At Whole Foods Market, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Catering Liaison to join our team. As a Catering Liaison, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all catering orders for assigned stores, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

• Takes catering orders over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.
• Schedules and arranges delivery for catering orders, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics.
• Communicates with all teams to review orders and ensure accuracy, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Rings in all catering orders and maintains accurate sales records, providing valuable insights for business growth.
• Orders catering-related inventory, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
• Plans and executes catering demonstrations on the sale floor, showcasing our products and services to customers.

• 14+ months retail experience, with a strong background in customer service and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of our products and services, with a passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market.
