Maintenance Technician II

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general and preventative property maintenance, as well as repairing or performing general maintenance work on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
- Repair or replace equipment and fixtures as needed
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
