Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Service Account Manager to join our team at Kirlin Way Mechanical. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with customers. This role involves utilizing CRM platforms to track sales progress, expanding our account base through new service lines and referrals, and ensuring consistent business flow.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure continued business growth.
  2. Utilize CRM platforms to track sales progress and identify new opportunities.
  3. Pursue sales leads and opportunities to expand our account base.
  4. Prepare bid proposals and make presentations to prospective customers.
  5. Assist in collecting delinquent accounts and resolving customer complaints.
  6. Provide clear turnover details to Service Operations.

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a valid driver's license. This role requires driving on company time for company-related tasks.
