Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet market mix targets and drive business growth.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE SALES AND BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Compile market information to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate agreements with customers to secure the highest possible unit selling prices and profits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the aggregate, asphalt, and related products industry.
