Telehealth Medical Support Assistant

International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Medical Support Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional clinical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide self-directed support to clinical staff, patients, and families in the clinical area and as needed throughout the continuum of care.
- Manage requests for information, determine appropriate action, and meet performance expectations.
- Review telehealth workload for timely and accurate capture and inform appropriate staff of actions required.
- Provide administrative and technical support for the department/section.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience providing telehealth or in-person administrative medical support and a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a relevant field.
